HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL:

GHS NARENDRANAGAR  has a great prominence with legendary history . The school was established long before independence in 1943 as a primary school.  Then in 1986, it was upgraded to high school and bifurcated from the primary school officially.  Both primary and high schools are located in the same campus with  Ground Floor as the Primary School while first and second floors are for High School. With an amazing period of nearly 77 years of institutionalisation, the school attracts the Kashibugga and nearby locality people  overcoming the competition by private schools. It’s no wonder that people in this area prefer GHS NARENDRANAGAR to other private schools and this is evident from its strength and enrollment.

 It is a three storeyed building constructed in U shaped layout with spacious and highly ventilated classrooms  with doors and wide windows opening into wide verandas/ balconies.  Well equipped laboratory, resourceful library and a digi room with projector computer and Television  are exemplary. A spacious Seminar hall with a capacity to accommodate 150 members is truly an added asset. 

An office room to accommodate the office staff for administrative and managerial works with a computer and printer, a headmaster’s room, computer room and a Staff are its extraordinary assets. A provision of Toilets for staff and students is added separately for girls and boys constructed away from the classrooms for hygienic purpose.
