Authentic education implies an ongoing continuous interplay among the five important elements : context, experience, reflection, action and evaluation involving students, teachers and parents.Integrating all these elements, we give due importance to the teacher-student relationship through democratic and laissez faire modes of communication with a due emphasis for the parent-teacher meets and school management committee recommendations.We also honour the donors and the community resources accepting them as our partners.
